About Elijah Ersch

One Sherman horse trainer and one Sadler fitness expert got together to make the active personality known as Elijah Ersch. My parents, being the local eccentrics they are, raised me to be apart of both extremes of life, leading me to become the fun-loving, knowledge-craving, thrill seeker before you today. My grandparents have been in the real estate industry my whole life, and my mother became a top producer when I was very young. Both of them let me work in this great industry when I was a teenager to learn the tricks of the trade. As soon as I was old enough to get my license I hit the ground running! Now, three years in, I am the top producer for my age group and don't plan to slow down. I look forward to being able to help people get into the home of their dreams while making a sound investment. I invest in real estate myself so I can be knowledgeable about the market and help my clients make a sound home purchase. Besides real estate, my hobbies are long-distance cycling, rock climbing, shooting guns, completing puzzles, playing cards with friends, and (seeing as I am in close proximity to Lake Texoma) any water sport activity out there, including but not limited to fishing. My favorite clients to work with are first-time home buyers, to whom I always give 1% of my commission in order to help them have a little money left over for a smooth move in.
